摘要:
恒功率熱式流量計由于良好的低流量檢測特性成為低產液油井流量檢測的一種選擇方案,但油水兩相流持水率對其測量的影響妨礙了它實際的應用。針對這一問題,介紹了熱式流量計的測量原理,建立油水兩相流持水率和流體主要物性參數的關系,應用Matlab數值模擬軟件分析不同持水率條件下熱式流量計測量結果與油水兩相流流量的關系。數值模擬和實際實驗結果表明,相同流速下,熱式流量計輸出電壓隨著持水率的增加而單調減小。實際應用時,熱式流量計的測量結果必須結合持水率才能給出正確的流量解釋。
Abstract:
Abstract: Constant power thermal flowmeter has become an option for flow detection of low-yielding oil wells due to its great characteristics of low-flow detection. However, the water holdup influence of the oil-water two-phase flow on its measurement has hampered its application. To solve this problem, this paper introduces the measurement principle of thermal flowmeter, establishes the relationship between the water-holdup of oil-water two-phase flow and the main physical properties of the fluid, and uses MATLAB to numerically simulate the relationship between the measurement results of thermal flowmeter and flow rate of oil-water two-phase flow in different water holdup. The results from numerical simulation and experiment show that the output voltage of thermal flowmeter decreases monotonously with the increase of water holdup under the condition of same flow rate. Therefore, in order to obtain the actual flow rate, the results of the thermal flowmeter must be corrected by the water holdup.
