摘要:
俄羅斯原有的水泥密度套管厚度儀(SGDT)固井質量解釋方法 僅適用于單層套管的水泥充填狀況評價,無法對雙層套管固井作業的測井資料進行定量評價。針對Φ2445 mm外管內下入Φ1397 mm套管 的雙層套管固井結構,在統計分析62口井的雙層套管SGDT實際測井資料的基礎上,采用多元非線性回歸方法,研究內層水泥密度、外層水泥 密度、井內流體等因素與測井響應之間的關系,得到計算內層套管水泥密度的解釋新模型。通過對實際測井資料的處理,驗證了解釋模型的 正確性。
Abstract:
Russian original SGDT cementing quality interpretation method is only suitable to singlecasing cement filling evaluation but can not be used to interprete doublecasing cementing logging data. According to doublecasing well that down into Φ 1397 mm casing within the Φ2445 mm casing and statistical analysis of 62 wells’ actual SGDT log data in double casing, the multivariate nonlinear regression method is used to study relationship between inner cement density, outer cement density, well fluids and SGDT log responses, from which the new interpretation model is obtained for calculating the cement density of the inner casing. The processed actual log data verifies that the new interpretation model is correct.
