摘要:
川東北地區的工程地質特征復雜,陸相地層井壁失穩現象嚴重,給鉆井工程施工帶來了很大困難。結合巖石力學理論,對該區巖心實驗數據、測試資料、刻度測井數據進行研究。形成該地區井壁穩定性測井評價方法,建立巖石彈性參數、地層應力、三壓力、鉆井液密度安全窗計算模型及參數剖面。確定川東北地區影響井壁穩定性的地質因素主要為巖性復雜多變、裂縫發育和縱向多套壓力系統等。研究成果在實鉆井中獲得較好應用效果,為解決該地區陸相地層的鉆井井壁穩定性問題提供重要技術支撐。
Abstract:
Because of the complicated geological features, the borehole destabilization seriously influencs the drilling engineering in the terrestrial formation, northeastern Sichuan. The rock mechanics theory is used to study the core experimental data, testing data and calibration log data in this area. Established are the models to calculate and construct the parameters profile including rock elastic parameters, earth stress, three formation pressures and the safety window of drilling mud density. The research also confirmed the main geological factors influencing the borehole destabilization in this area are the complicated and variable lithology, developed fractures and multisuits of vertical pressure system, etc. Moreover, this technology has been used in the drilling wells and obtains a good result, which provides an important technical support for the borehole destabilization evaluation in the terrestrial formation in northeastern Sichuan.
