青海油田測試公司先后引進SONDEX公司生產的MTT+MIT多臂井徑成像測井儀和俄羅斯生產的MIDK多層管柱電磁探傷成像測井儀,針對不同的測井目的優選套損檢測測井手段,取得了較好的效果。MTT+MIT套損檢測技術在套管變形檢測方面主要用于檢測套管彎曲變形、錯斷、縮徑等套管物理形變情況,在MTT的輔助作用下,可檢測套管腐蝕、穿孔等;MTT+MIT測井前應通井、洗井。若井筒出液,應掛接井溫系列,放慢測速(最佳測速為600 m/h),可有效識別疑似孔、洞、縫等不易識別的情況;加測MIDK電磁探傷測井進行輔助驗證效果會更好。MIDK套損檢測技術在套管腐蝕等化學形變檢測方面主要用于檢測多層套管技術狀況、套管變形、腐蝕情況,尤其是識別小直徑孔、洞、縫等套損情況效果明顯。射孔對套管的影響非常大,有近1/4的變形是在射孔部位。在后期開采中應選擇適合油田的套管類型,優化射孔方案,在保證施工成功率的情況下最大限度地保護套管。完成MTT+MIT測井133井次、MIDK測井125井次套損檢測測井作業,給出了8個具體實例,為套損修復措施提供了科學依據。
Abstract:
Qinghai Oilfield testing company has introduced SONDEX company’s MTT+MIT multi arm caliper imaging logging tool and the Russian MIDK multilayer casing string electromagnetic detection imaging logging instrument. According to different purposes of well logging, casing damage detection technologies are optimized and good results are achieved. The former is used to detect physical deformations of casings, such as buckling, distortion, offset and shrinkage, etc. Also, it may detect casing corrosion and holes. Wells should be drifted and flushed before making MTT+MIT log. If the wellbore leaks, well temperature log is added, in which the best log speed is 600 m/h, thereby, effectively recognizing suspectable or probable casing holes, seams and fractures. Supplementary MIDK log is added so to get much better detecting results. MIDK tool is used in chemical deformation of casings, such as, multlayer casing state, casing distortion, corrosion, etc., especially in the small diameter holes and thin fractures. Perforation has serious influence on the casings, about 1/4 distortion is in the perforated locations. In the later oilfield development, we should select suitable casings and optimize perforation schemes to successfully perforate and protect the casings. So far, the MTT+MIT tool has finished 133 times logs and the MIDK tool has completed 125 times casing damage detections. 8 detection examples provide better scientific proof for the damaged casing maintenance and repair.
